Vision and Goals Assessment

  • Creating your vision of your ideal healthy self that you would like to be in the next 5 years from now

    Envision the ideal you: physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally, and write down what you desire most.

    Write everything in the present tense, as if you are that person now and are describing yourself. This is a very important step! The more clearly you can envision and describe what you want the easier it is going to be for you to achieve. Have fun with this and give as much detail as possible. Envision it and you WILL become it.

  • Describe your top three goals that you’d like to achieve within the next 6 month to year while on your FEWL program. Make these top three goals specific, measurable, AND realistic.
  • Choose ONE goal you'd like to celebrate completing 90 days from now. Make it specific, measurable, bold, AND realistic.
